We are committed to deliver your order accurately, in good condition, and as mentioned on our website. All items go through strict Quality Control before dispatching. However, there can still be many reasons for you to return the goods ordered.
What can be returned?
- You don’t like the product, if don’t provided as per description described with the pictures by website.
- Product is not as per advertised.
- Product is not as per advertised.
What can be replaced?
- Replaced – Color got stain, it will be replaced free of cost up to 6 months from date of purchase. But brand name must be present on our collar.
Products in following categories cannot be returned:
- The product is defective but stitched cannot be changed. Exceptional in case of stains.
All products intended to be returned must be in following conditions:
- Product can return or exchange if not as per your order or defective but product should unused with all its accessories.
- Product has their original packing: It must remain its original form and unused unless it is returned for being defective.
- Product labels are attached.
- All products received for returns will be checked for above mentioned return conditions. If a product does not comply with above mentioned details, it will be sent back to customer’s address.
- Our customer support staff will provide you address of nearest office where return should be sent.
- Once product is received, our staff will issue refund or process replacement order as per customer request.
